An East Coast native with a background in business and branding, Amanda brings a rare blend of strategy, creativity, and connection to every client she serves.

After earning her B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Susquehanna University, Amanda spent six years in Manhattan growing a boutique wellness brand from the ground up. It was there that she honed her skills in marketing, client development, and building trust in high-touch, high-stakes environments.

Upon relocating to Southern California, Amanda entered the world of commercial real estate, joining a top-tier investment sales team where she supported the marketing and disposition of net-leased properties. Her drive to work more holistically with clients led her to launch The Exclusive - a brand rooted in white-glove service, strategic thinking, and long-term relationships.

Amanda now serves a dual role as a real estate advisor and brand strategist, helping high-performing individuals grow their portfolios and platforms. Whether guiding a luxury home sale, creating content for a personal brand, or advising a niche founder on digital visibility, she brings clarity, polish, and forward-thinking execution to every project.

Amanda lives in Del Mar with her dog, Tucker, and can be found spending the early morning hours riding her horse, Gunni, in Rancho Santa Fe.
